A man who responded for domestic violence – and wore an ankle bracelet – and failed to comply with the protective measure, was arrested again after monitoring by the Military Police and determination by the São Paulo Court of Justice (TJSP).

“This is the first case in which an ankle monitor for domestic violence was arrested again for failing to comply with the protective measure, which is a milestone in the fight against violence against women”, says the Secretary of Public Security, Guilherme Derrite.
