We recently advised the Instituto Questão de Ciência in preparing the letter sent to the Ministry of Health requesting the suspension of the offer of Therapies available at PNPICs, from the Ministry of Health, including ozone therapy, due to the practice not being approved by Conitec.

According to partner Vitor Covolato “The provision of procedures, therapies, medicines or technologies by the SUS must be supported by scientific evidence. This is what the scientific community expects and this is what our legislation provides”.
